The Newcastle vs Liverpool match ends with a victory for Liverpool.

 



Liverpool defeated Newcastle 3-0 in their Saturday match in the Premier League. With the score, Liverpool secured their second consecutive victory and climbed to third place in the table, while Newcastle remained in 16th place.

The first goal of the match was scored by Mohamed Salah, who converted a penalty kick in the 3rd minute of the game. Then, Brazilian Fabinho extended the lead to 2-0 with a beautiful goal from outside the box at the 30-minute mark. In the second half, striker Sadio Mane closed the scoreline at 23 minutes.




Despite the comfortable win, Liverpool had to deal with the injury of Brazilian defender Joel Matip, who left the field with a thigh injury. Coach Jurgen Klopp also commented on the controversy surrounding players' call-ups for World Cup qualifiers, stating that he hopes the players return safely to the club.

With the victory, Liverpool now has 10 points in the table, two behind the leader Manchester United. The team's next match will be against Porto in the Champions League on Wednesday. Newcastle, on the other hand, will face Watford next weekend in the Premier League.
